Nicely wrapped!
The BERNINA Advent Calendar 2015

Dear Readers,

It’s nearly Christmas time and we are going to open a daily door on our Advent calendar – also on the BERNINA blog! Next Sunday is already the first Advent Sunday. On Tuesday, our Advent calendar will start, with a sewing tutorial for Christmas being published every day from December 1st to December 24th.

The articles for our Advent calendar will be highlighted with the following image:

This year’s calendar topic is “nicely wrapped”. All articles will focus on presents and how to nicely pack and decorate them. A wonderful gift wrapping certainly can be the eyecatcher under the Christmas tree! Our blog authors will provide you with many creative ideas and tips on how to make your parcels stand out. If you would like to give your gifts a personal touch, join us every day on the blog and let our authors inspire you!

Look forward to a variety of great ideas! There will be classical wrappings, but also Asian inspired ones. Some tutorials can be done in a short time, others will need more time to be finished. You can sew, fold, embroider, cut. Most of the wrappings can be used more than once and we will also provide you with upcycling and recycling ideas.

Our Advent calendar has one great benefit! It is not possible to cheat and to look behind the next door. 🙂 However, because anticipation is the greatest joy, we are happy to offer you a couple of small previews:

I’m totally excited about all the great ideas and I’m really looking forward to seeing all the instructions.

We wish you all much fun while wrapping your presents and a good start into a peaceful Christmas time!

Warm regards,

Birthe
