Concerning your question: is the problem on your PC? The zip.folder needs a special program to open, e.g. win rar.

you mean you can’t open the .art files on your pc, use our free artlink
software:

Can anyone help me. Recently purchased 350PE and love the designs above! When I tried to download one my computer said it couldn’t open it as it needed to know the program to send it too. What program is it please?
Dear Anne,
thank you for your request. Unfortunately the design is an embroidery design and the BERNINA 350 has no embroidery function, so that you can’t use this design on your machine.
