Dear blog readers
I hope you all had a good break and a great start into the new year! In Switzerland, winter has finally arrived. Here’s how the landscape in Steckborn looks like from my office window:
We had less winter magic in December. To compensate for the not-so-charming weather, our blog Advent calendar offered sewing and embroidery instructions every day. The theme of the calendar was “Everything a child could wish for”. As we wanted to bring special joy at Christmas to you as well, the blog article for door 24 was an exception to our theme: we invited all blog readers to take part in a prize draw to win a BERNINA embroidery software 8.
More than 700 readers of our German, English and Dutch blog took part. Wow, I think, this is the new record for the BERNINA blog! Thanks to all of you for participating.
We have used Ture Random Number Generator as lucky fairy. This is the number she pulled out of her electronical hat:
Congratulations to reader Petra Knaus who posted the 84th comment and will soon receive her copy of the BERNINA embroidery software, sent to her directly from winter wonterland!
Kind regards,
Matthias Fluri
