Do I need to explain what the ‘Rest’ sign means? It is is an interval of silence in a piece of music, marked by a symbol indicating the length of the pause.
What does it mean for you?
Be aware that it is allowed to take a rest from time to time. You can just destress a while as an interval of working and being busy with all kind of things, but you can also fill the ‘me’-time with embroidering or sewing. Choose to exploit your talent! Create time for your hobby. That is double happiness. Once you enjoy creating and the other time you are proud of the result! Find friends with the same interest, feel and experience the joy of emptying your mind of the daily grind.
Realise that you are much stronger to cope with daily life events when you experience joy. Choose to be selfconfident and aware of your capabilities.
