Sewing the windbreaker “Kaja”

We chose a Tactel fabric, which is an adapted form of nylon. Tactel is a synthetic fiber that is smooth, lightweight, quick-drying, breathable and much stronger than cotton – properties that are perfect for activewear. The highlight of the “Kaja” windbreaker is the double sleeve, and the contrasting colors make the unique cut stand out even more. The blue and white make for a fresh and energetic look.

The fashion zipper features a circle attachment which adds to the retro look.

Our blog author even added a hidden zip pocket and a bottom drawcord hem! Check out her step-by-step tutorial here: “Kaja” Windbreaker Jacket Tutorial (Free Pattern)
