I live in Huddersfield, a small town in West Yorkshire, in the United Kingdom. I love hunting around flea markets and car boot sales for fabric to use in my old quilts. I also collect West German pottery, buttons and loads of other stuff that I don't really need. I've always been into being creative and love pattern and print, I'm definitely a more is more man. I studied textile design at university an eternity ago, one day I'd love to work in this area.

I make modern improvisational quilts from a mixture of old, found and recycled fabric. I've been sewing for a long time now, and through quilting I think I've found my creative voice.

I've been lucky enough to be in a few magazines and love sharing ideas about recycling.

Last year I was fortunate enough to appear on TV sharing my quilting approach on Kirsty's Handmade Christmas. I loved the experience and would definitely do it again.
