Married, Mother of 7, with 4 grandchildren. Teach ceramics. Love quilting and crafting. Started EPP when I was 7 years old. Learned to sew on a treadle at the same age. Want to keep learning and trying new things. Never owned a new sewing machine. Always said I would buy one someday but never had it in the budget.

My name is Nita. I live in North Carolina. I have a husband, seven kids, 3 dogs, 3 cats, one bird, one fish. I teach ceramics. I love to quilt, paint, crochet, craft, and read. Never done any paper piecing that wasn't English Paper piecing. I am excited to learn new techniques and sew along with Irene.
