Victoria Martinez-Azaro

I am Victoria Martinez Azaro AKA La creative mama, fashion designer, sewist, natural dyer, writer, illustrator and creative all around ?. I work as a fashion sustainability lecturer and educator in Auckland New Zealand. I run cultural and crafts sustainability programs and work with women from all nationalities and backgrounds to upcycle and repurpose waste from the local fashion industry.

My passion is sustaining and using old sewing and crafts techniques to tell our own live stories through upcycling and creating special and meaningful objects to keep and treasure.

I am a mom of three and I have made it my mission to share my knowledge with all the mamas out there that want to explore the wonderful world of sewing crafts.
