Help with Bernina presser foot!

Description

I found this in the sewing box for my Bernina 830, and for the life of me I cannot recall what it is for. It doesn’t have a number on it, so I wonder if it’s a generic presser foot, but for what? Can anyone assist me? Many thanks!

As it has an “arm” on it, it might be a quilting foot for free machining perhaps?
