Description
Though I did have to purchase background fabric, I used batiks that I’d received in a mystery remnant bundle for everything else. I joined the group in May, but didn’t even start until the second week in October. However, I found the instructions excellent and besides, a little extra pressure forced me to dive right into those rows that I was hesitant to tackle. A new quilter, I’d never done any paper piecing, never used freezer paper (and it was hard to find!) and have never even heard of ‘reverse appliqué.’ I learned so much! Thank you, Irene and Bernina!
