I'm a 40-something wife & mother. I learned to sew from my mother when I was young, making clothing & costumes. I've dabbled with some quilting - which has recently blossomed into an active hobby for me and a possible future career. I don't yet own a Bernina, which I'm learning are fabulous machines.
