Doris

Doris (1964) has learned her sewing skills on her mother’s BERNINA 730 from an early age. Born and raised in Switzerland, she has also used BERNINAs in school.

During education as dressmaker, her contact with the overlocker was love at first sight and that love is still alive. In addition to overlocking of elastic materials, she loves sewing in general and embroidery, she also tries when time permits, the embroidery software. The current machine range used is wide, but time is just too short to materialize all creative ideas.

Doris has worked with BERNINA in the 90s but then gone to other industries, where she was often involved in product and customer education. Now she is back at BERNINA since 2013.
