Olu is the blog author of sewing blog Needle and Ted, where she shares what she makes for her two daughters. Last year she set herself a challenge, to make all of her daughters' clothes for a year. She was only able to buy a winter coat, school uniform, sportswear, underwear and socks. Before the challenge, her sewing experience was minimal but she ended up a making 96 items and learnt a lot in the process. She is now a self confessed sewing addict, who likes to push herself creatively and challenge her sewing prowess.

She is also partner at Madeit Patterns, who produce modern PDF clothing patterns for children. They take home-sewing for children to the next level, providing a range of fashion forward designs for you to make at home.
